Waterman Hospital Replacement Facility
Tavares, Florida

This project included over 365,000 square feet of new construction and renovation to the exisiting 120 acre hospital campus. A 204-bed replacement hospital and the renovation of an exisiting three story building encompassed this project. Wal-Mark Contracting performed the exterior framing, soffits, sheathing and stucco on this project. We provided a complete drywall package which consisted of the interior framing, inventory and installation of hollow metal frames, hanging and finishing drywall. In addition, we provided firestopping and stenciling of tops of walls, and installed GRFG column covers. This project required an extreme attention to detail by our foremen to meet AHCA standards and code requirements.
