University of Tampa Residence Hall III

The new University of Tampa Residence Hall / Student center is a nine story facility totaling over 240,000 square feet. This multifunctional facility houses 440 students along with providing a large cafeteria, theater, campus stores and a ninth floor conference facility capable of accomodating over 500 guests. Wal-Mark Contracting successfully completed this project on time with the following scope of work: Exterior and interior metal stud framing and drywall, Acoustical ceilings, EIFS. This facility is the second of three buildings Wal-Mark Contracting will be involved with for the University of Tampa.
