Solivita at Poncianna

This project is a series of buildings that make up the "town center" of a new active adult community known as Solivita. Wal-Mark performed the exterior structural metal stud framing, lath & stucco, gypsum drywall systems, and acoustical ceilings. The buildings included in our scope of Phase I are the sales building, fitness building including indoor pool, golf clubhouse, ballroom including restaurant and kitchen, arts & crafts building, golf cart storage, guardhouse/entry, tower feature, hardscape site features, and hotel rooms tenant buildout. We provided skilled tradespeople and equipment to work multiple buildings simultaneously to complete this highly themed project within the 12 month schedule.
