Ritz Carlton Hotel and Condominium

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Condominium in Sarasota, Florida is a 17-story luxury landmark building consisting of 390 hotel rooms and 48 luxury condominiums. Wal-Mark Contracting provided interior and exterior finishes, including exterior structural metal stud framing, lath and stucco, EIFS, ornamental fiberglass shapes and trims, gypsum drywall systems, shaftwall systems, building insulation, and acoustical ceilings. To oversee and direct a crew of over 200 hourly tradesmen and several subcontractors, we staffed this project with an on-site management team including a senior project manager, project superintendent, and multiple foremen to ensure quality work and an on-time completion within the 14-month schedule.
