Wal-Mark Contracting received an Outstanding Project Award for "outstanding exterior craftsmanship" from Form & Function (Issue 2 1996) for our work at the spring training facility for the New York Yankees. Our scope of work included both the interior drywall in the Luxury Boxes and the Direct-Applied Exterior Finish System (DEFS). DEFS is a system that has the synthetic look of stucco, but with greater durability. It is a direct-applied, water managed, textured wall system. Our company was specifically requested for this project based on our experience, and highly trained tradesmen, both in exterior and interior construction.
